Cambridge Commons. A residential community in Atlanta, Georgia

The Cambridge Commons Homeowners Association was established for the purpose of promoting the recreation, health, safety and welfare for the common benefit and enjoyment of the owners and occupants of the lots, including the landscaping and maintenance of the common areas of the subdivision.

Cambridge Commons is an upscale community located in the heart of Atlanta's Sandtown Community. Conveniently located off of I-285, 166 and I-20, it is a short distance from all the amenities that Camp Creek Marketplace offers yet, still maintains the quiet neighborhood setting that makes it such a desirable location.

There are 140 residences ranging in price from approximately $250,000 to over $450,000. Neighborhood amenities include a community swimming pool, clubhouse, tot lot, basketball half-court, and a six-acre stocked lake.

Membership dues for the CCHA for 2011 are $550 and grant you use of the clubhouse and pool. In addition, to maintaining the aesthetics of the community by covering the costs of landscaping and grooming of the common areas within the subdivision.
